I just returned from this show, which drew around 800 or so to Crosby High School in Waterbury, CT to see Bret Hart, Jim Neidhart, Ken Anderson, Christie Hemme, and Paul London.

There was a huge line of people there to see Bret, and the line moved very slowly. Bret was pleasant as usual, but seemed to not want to be there.

SATURDAY 11/14 ROAD TO THE GOLD

Millennium Wrestling Federation officials have finalized an MWF Television Championship match between the current champion "Straight Edge" Brian Fury and former champion "Million Dollar Investment" Tommaso Ciampa of JBL's Uprising at ROAD TO THE GOLD November 14th!

Ciampa won the MWF TV Title in his debut in the fall of 2007, defeating "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards and TNA superstar AJ Styles in a triple threat match to capture the gold. Nine months later, he lost the title to another TNA star, "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal in a Lumberjack Match.

On the September 2008 ULTRA, Brian Fury was back in action in the MWF against Ciampa and came away with a win in a thrilling match. Afterward, Ciampa and the rest of the Uprising gave Fury (and Scott Reed) such a vicious beating that Ciampa was suspended by President Cena for half a year until March, when JBL paid to have Tomasso reinstated.

reports on his official facebook page - "just finished up on a long weekend of wrestling, and rather than dwelling on the past it's now time to look forward to the coming weekend - NEW on Friday in a tag vs Jim the Anvil Neidhart!! and MWF on Saturday when I reclaim the title that is rightfully mine vs Brian Fury (ps. you're gonna tap the f out)"

Looking forward to babyface Anvil having a little outrageous fun with the heelish Cimapa (assuming that's how its booked!!)

Damnit Jordan, now i REALLY “like” the guy! He was already (BY FAR) my FAVORITE performer at the Super 8. (i couldn’t help but root 4 him EVEN THOUGH (AND PROLLY BECAUSE) he was the OBVIOUS HEEL (and SOOO DAMNED GOOD AT IT)! Now i read this and find that he comes across as a genuinely nice guy, obviously intelligent, humble yet driven, and as having an “HONEST” Love for the business and a seemingly GREAT outlook on life! So, now, not only do i think he’s a GREAT PROSPECT with a BRIGHT FUTURE, but i also feel PERSONALLY INVESTED! ........

In a two-out-of-three-falls match, Jason Blade vs. Tomasso Ciampa ended in
a draw when both men were counted out of the ring during the third fall.
After the match, both men continued to fight in the ring, in the balcony, and
anywhere else they could. It took several referees, wrestlers, and announcers
to break up the fracas.

Amazing show last night at top rope...ciampa vs blade 2 out of 3 falls - Ciampa took the first fall - Blade took the second - third fall went to a double countount with the two men brawling all over the arena...the fans were hot as hell and the storyline played out very well!
